Oil monograph (the author – Andrey Mescherin, political contributor and Chairman of the Editorail Board of the journal) will traditionally show results of 2009 – and this is just a part of the mission. Target of the research is situational analysis of the petroleum industry, which will provide objective evidences of extremity in industrial systemic reform.
